What towns will you train in MA?
I will train in Winchester to Boston.

Why in-home personal training?
It is extremely convenient and it takes all the excuses out! I come to you, so there is less of a chance of you making any excuses. I will either bring the equipment to you or utilize your home equipment. If you are always busy and never find time to get the workout you want then this is perfect for you! Home, Sweat, Home!

What if I don’t have any equipment?
Have no fear I bring the equipment to you. I use a combination of medicine balls, bands, kettle balls, light weights, the bosu and stability ball. I will recommend what equipment you should have in order to achieve your optimal work out in the comfort of your own home!

If I start a program with you, do I still have to do cardio?
Yes, Yes, Yes. Cardio, and or moving consistently for at least 30 minutes a day, is crucial. If we meet 2 hours a week, the remaining hours of the week you should fit in 30mins of Cardio to get your heart rate up at least 5 times. I will customize a cardio program geared towards your fitness goals.

Will you help me with my Nutrition?
Yes, at the start of our programs you have the option of keeping a food journal. I review this every session and offer nutritional recommendations.

Nutrition is 80% of the picture in terms of getting the results you want so it is crucial to have an on going open dialogue of your nutrition. I also provide Nutritional Consulting by the hour.

What type of packages do you offer with training? Depending on your goals, and what you would like to accomplish, packages range from 2 sessions to 12 sessions. In order to have the best success I have made it mandatory to meet twice a week for at least the first 6 weeks. I will do measurements and body fat testing every 3-4 weeks to ensure we are always moving forward.

To ensure the highest level of service is given I only taking on a certain amount of clients a week so I can ensure each client is important. I am accessible to each client outside of each workout via email and phone.
