One on One Sessions

The personal training programs with Body by Shelley are unique because I individually design them based on an assessment of my client and their goals. There are no cookie cutter programs.

I combine core, functional, strength, and endurance training into the workouts depending on a client’s needs. I am passionate and committed about what I do and will assist my clients in making necessary lifestyle changes to reach their goals. Sessions are fun, challenging and feel great!

All equipment is provided on location so my clients can conveniently work out in the comfort of their own home or office. Individual and Package Sessions are available.Another type of program with Body by Shelley is the mini Group Sessions.

These are designed to challenge a group of 2-4 to their own maximum ability. Sessions are customized to the group Conesus or they are developed based on athletic ability.
